What You Should Know Before Authorizing Repairs

Keep in mind that you decide you decide where your damaged vehicle is fixed, NOT the insurance company. Only you have the ability to authorize any repair work. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their own claims adjuster before having your vehicle repaired. You can do that or have them come out to inspect it at our shop. We will be happy to make those arrangements for you.

At Brown's Body Shop, we'll work with your insurance provide to supply you with a complete appraisal at a fair price.

When you authorize repairs, be sure the insurance company will cover all necessary costs before you sign anything. If you would like, we can even assist you with the negotiations of your claim.
